Questions

Do I need to know the exact date?

No. Choose “around a day”, a month, a year, or “I don’t remember the date”. The story works with what you know and never invents a date.

What if I don’t know their birthday?

Start from the day they came home or the first time you met. You can add their birthday later, and each day becomes its own story.

What do I get for free?

A preview of their story: its central character, a first look built from the details you shared, and the chapters of the full story. You don’t need to pay or sign up to see it.

How long does the full story take?

Usually 30 to 90 minutes, sometimes a little longer on a busy day. The story, letter, stickers, song and Little Theater film are made in the background; you can close the page, and we e-mail you when they are ready. Everything also stays in My stories.

Can I change details later?

Yes. Every full story includes one free update. Edit the details and we rewrite the story with them.

How do refunds work?

Purchases and refunds are handled on kismetpaws.com, from your pet’s page there. The refund policy explains what we can refund and how quickly. Read the refund policy.
